How often are the units cleaned?
For long-term rentals, we recommend regular servicing to keep everything clean, stocked, and not… unpleasant.
Frequency depends on usage, but we’ll set you up with a schedule that makes sense.
What’s the difference between standard units and luxury restrooms?
Standard units are clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly pleasant (yes, really). They’re regularly serviced and designed with proper ventilation and interior lighting, so you’re not left fumbling around in the dark or holding your breath.
Luxury restrooms are a full upgrade:
- Flushing toilets
- Running water
- Interior lighting
- Climate control
If you care about comfort (especially for events), go luxury.
Both Standard and Luxury Units include a mirror and hand sanitizer.
Do your porta potties have lights?
Yes—and not the janky kind.
Our units come with motion-activated, solar-powered lights, so you’re not stuck guessing in the dark.

Do I need a wash station too?
If people are eating, working, or using the restroom… yes.
We recommend pairing wash stations with your rental so people can actually clean their hands properly.
How far in advance should I book?
Sooner is always better—especially during busy seasons.
That said, if you’re in a pinch, call Lonny anyway.
If there’s a way to make it happen, he will.
